By accessing or using Tripstell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Tripstell is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that helps you create personalised itineraries, discover activities and accommodations, and collaborate on trip plans. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. AI-generated content

Travel plans, activity suggestions, and other recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. Tripstell does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggestion. Always verify important details (prices, opening hours, safety) independently before booking or travelling.

6. Third-party services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g. booking platforms, activity providers). Tripstell is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (travel plans, preferences, notes). Tripstell retains ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tripstell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from travel decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
